My product showcase

See Session 12. Prepare eight minutes of demonstration and four minutes of conversation with Jared. This is your individual presentation, not a quiz or surprise coding challenge. Arrange accommodations privately.

Eight-minute story

  1. 0–1 — Why: audience, problem and approved scope.
  2. 1–4 — Show: main journey with synthetic data; empty/error state, persistence, recovery and narrow-screen/keyboard behavior. Working software, not only slides.
  3. 4–6 — Prove: one issue → branch → reviewed PR → fix, plus a meaningful regression. Explain a real defect you corrected.
  4. 6–7 — AI and business: an AI mistake you caught, small-model workflow, spending/measurement limits and an artifact-informed business decision.
  5. 7–8 — Handoff: release, limits, next useful improvement and how another person runs it.

Evidence index

Before presenting

Rehearse from clean synthetic data on the documented platform. Freeze a candidate before the appointment; avoid last-minute AI rewrites. Keep a local copy and screenshots/short recording for connectivity trouble. A recording supplements evidence; arrange follow-up if working behavior cannot be demonstrated. Close personal tabs, notifications and credential-bearing terminals.

Afterward

Record product improvements in your repo. Jared privately communicates completion or revisions and follow-up. Provide the name for your certificate through the private instructor process. Never commit certificates, identity mappings or completion decisions here.
