This notice covers the original Labalicious course materials, lesson plans, labs, slides, documentation, source code, templates, fictional fixtures, website design and brand assets in this repository, and their generated HTML, PDF and PowerPoint versions, to the extent those materials are protected by copyright and the rights are held by Jared Cluff.

Public availability is not an open-source or Creative Commons license. Except as authorized by Jared Cluff, applicable law or the hosting platform's terms, no permission to reproduce, redistribute, modify or commercially reuse these materials is granted by this notice. Course participation follows the permissions supplied by the instructor; contact Jared Cluff through the course repository for other permissions.

Third-party software, assets and contributions retain their respective owners' rights and applicable licenses. This notice does not replace dependency licenses, claim ownership of third-party material, transfer contributor rights, or assert exclusive rights in material that is not copyrightable. Preserve third-party notices when distributing generated course assets.

Students and instructors may copy and adapt course templates, fictional fixtures and simulator code for Labalicious coursework, local practice and submission of their own work. Preserve applicable notices. This limited coursework permission does not authorize selling or republishing the complete curriculum. Students retain rights in their original contributions; submission does not assign those rights to Jared Cluff. Public hosting and AI-review permissions are documented separately in the submission repository.
